• Discover Kwanzaa

An introduction to Kwanzaa and an opportunity to network with like-minded people in this Sip & Stick experience.

Kwanzaa is a Pan-African holiday. It is not a religious event but a gathering of people in the spirit of unity, created to celebrate family, community, and culture.

Kwanzaa is a seven-day holiday celebrated between December 26th and January 1st each year, modelled after traditional African first-harvest celebrations.

Kwanzaa is derived from the Swahili phrase "matunda ya kwanza," which means "first fruits."
